2.2 Billing During the Notice Period: You are responsible for the payment of services during the 60-day notice period. The 60-day written notice requirement ensures that we have ample time to prepare for the cancellation, prevent service interruptions, and provide a smooth transition.

3. Equipment Return

3.1 Return Requirement: If you have received any equipment from Customer Focused Inc. as part of your service agreement (e.g., hardware, routers, etc.), you are required to return the equipment to us once your services are no longer active and you have completed the 60-day notice period.

3.2 Billing for Unreturned Equipment: Failure to return the equipment after the services are no longer active will result in billing the cost of the equipment to the payment method on file. You will be notified in advance of the charge.

3.3 Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions upon request or as part of the cancellation process. The equipment must be returned in the condition it was provided to you, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
